How to Process a Phone Order

Use

Phone Order

to process a transaction without the card present. Please

note that it is important that you are vigilant when accepting orders without

the card present as such transactions run a higher risk for fraud.

This transaction is only valid for Phone Orders for Card Not Present.

Card Not Present transactions are handled in the

same manner for credit or chip cards.

1 At the Main Menu select

PHONE ORDER

by pressing F3.

2 Manually key the

ACCT #

then press OK.

3 Enter

EXP DATE (YYMM)

then press OK.

4 If tip is set up, enter

TIP AMOUNT

and press OK.

5 At “

V-CODE

”, enter the card’s CID, CVV2 or CVC2, then press

OK.

6 A receipt will print upon successful completion of the transaction.

7 Press

YES

(F1) to print customer receipt.
